I’m a Creative Director with over 15 years of experience leading teams and building inspiring brands and experiences. I develop empathy-driven, strategic design solutions that give trailblazing companies the freedom and confidence to stand out in their industry. 

My career began designing in-house for Fresh Cosmetics. It’s here that I developed a holistic approach to branding experiences that truly resonate with consumers.

In 2008, I opened the doors to my creative studio, JSGD,  with a simple mission—make beautiful and purposeful design accessible to those passionate about making a difference in their industry. Over the course of a decade, I was able to work with hundreds of growing brands and employ a talented team of female creatives to mentor and grow alongside.

You can currently find me immersed in human-centered design as an Associate Director at innovation consulting firm, EPAM Continuum. My role uses in-field ethnographic research to develop brand and business strategy for large corporations. This endlessly fascinating work allows me to help others on a larger scale, crafting solutions that make impactful experiences for customers and employees.
